A tight rope walkers Secret

Today over at Theme Thursday they challenged us to...

This week’s theme is “winged people”! Use a person with wings in your creation this week! Use collage images, photos, rubber stamps, fancy paper , embellishments or any other art supply to give your creation a ”winged person” look. Add your art to your blog, then post a direct link under the comments! Please include a link to Theme Thursday on your blog! Have fun and make art!

There theme gave me a perfect idea for One Powerful Hour's theme of something having to do with the Circus.

When I made the original challenge piece I busted my time allowance. This time I made it with time to spare!

Some of the things that did not show up on the scan. The red swirls are all glitter and the wings are painted with sparkeling H2O's I wanted to kinda make them look invisible...guess you just have to imagine that part.

    First of all I love the title of this piece. She looks like she's perched on a wing and a prayer!! I can't even imagine this kind of daring. Congratulations on being under time. I just made it this week!

    Very Nice! You have the perfect image for every little challenge. You should have cut up wings on a transparency and then glittered to see if those would have looked invisible.

    I don't think I usually make anything within an hour, since I do one thing, a kid interrupts, go away for a few and then come back. I need to have a stop watch that I could stop and start when I start working and see how long it actually takes.
